Obituary

Lena Marie Williams was born July 18,1959 in Moeling Community, Oberlin,La to the late Joseph and Margaret Williams. She was baptized at a young age by the late Rev. Johnny Strong.She received her education at Carver High School,Kinder,LA and Oberlin High School, Oberlin,LA. She met and married the late Eugene Clark and resided in Iowa,LA for a number of years where she was gainfully employed at St. Martin de Porres Multi Care Center in Lake Charles,LA.  Later she moved to Beaumont,Texas and was employed by Zummo's Packing Co, Beaumont Independent School District, Selections and did In Home Private Care. In 2012 she moved back home to Oberlin,LA where she worked for the Louisiana Forestry and Holiday Inn Express. Lena lived life to the fullest and cherished every moment she spent with family and friends. Lena enjoyed, music,dancing, cooking, sitting on the porch and trail riding. She departed her life here on earth Saturday, August 1,2026 in Lake Charles,LA under the care of Harbor Hospice. She is proceeded in death by parents, Joseph and Margaret Williams, stepfather,KY to Miller, brothers Cliffton August,Sr , Lester Williams and sisters Rose Hamilton and Myrtle Williams Dixon. She leaves to mourn one daughter, Yolanda Bland, one son, Ray McKinley Segura,Jr, one grandson,DeVonte Johnson of Oberlin,LA, sisters five sisters Rosa Clark of La Marque, Texas, Mary Williams,Sara Williams,Dinah Williams all of Oberlin,La, Annette Williams of Beaumont,Texas, five brothers Paul(Beverly) August of Elton,LA, George (Ella) Williams of Lawtell,La, Sylvester (Lily)of Leblu Settlement, Joseph Williams and Anthony (Kim) Williams of Beaumont,Texas. One godchild, Zerrick Williams and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
