Herbert A. Carriere
March 28, 1966 – September 6, 2026
Obituary
Herbert A. Carriere was born on March 28, 1966, in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, to Clement A. Carriere and Lessie M. Dukes. He passed away on September 6, 2026, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever remain in the hearts of his family and friends.
Herbert found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved cooking, dancing, playing pool, and listening to music. He especially enjoyed sharing a home-cooked meal with an ice-cold beer by his side. He also treasured the companionship of his beloved dog, S.J. These simple joys, along with the love and laughter he shared with those around him, will always be remembered.
Herbert’s life was a reminder that happiness can be found in the little things and that the memories we create with the people we love are among life’s greatest treasures. Though he is no longer with us, his memory will continue to live on through his family and friends.
