Ms. Donna L. Gilliam 67, was called home on November 6, 2024 in Jennings, La. She was born toJoseph and Marjorie Gilliam in Crowley, La. She graduated from Jennings high school in 1974. Her favorite thing to do was baking and cooking. She made the best pies, cakes, and boudin in the world alongside her sister Opal. She was a praying woman and church going until her health turned, but that didn't stop her from reading her bible and quoting scriptures. She didn't have any kids of her own, but she was a mother figure to her younger cousins, she raised them and loved them as her own. She will be truly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Marjorie Gilliam, sister; Opal Gilliam, and brother; Conrad Gilliam. She leave to cherish her memories all who loved her dearly.
